I just finished a week at Dr. K’s Monterey Diet ™. I must say it was beautiful! I just need to lose five pounds, as my pants are getting tighter, and it did the trick. Because I’m an athlete, I resign my training for a week, and just walk my dog instead of my usual 6-10 mile walk. I feel clean and good. Especially to go sugar. Now I will follow low-fat and balanced for maintenance. I did not lose as much as much as possible, but I do not need. The most exciting thing to lose and visually see the difference immediately, which makes me motivated. I did not cheat even once for the entire week. My husband is a doctor and quite interested in this diet plan for short-term weight loss, because he was also an athlete.
