“I am very pleased with the Diet Fresh! I only wish I had found you sooner.”

I’ve lost another three pounds this week. Total so far since the beginning is 43.5. I’ve found that my weight loss slowed down when I was not diligent with the exercises for a week. That makes total sense! So I have made a consistent effort to get to the gym and change my practice. 3 pounds to go! I do not think that I need to change the calories right now, because I did not feel that I’ve hit a real plateau.

I need to lose at least 30, so I really wanted to continue with the plan extended again. I’ll need to update immediately.

I think that the current setting of calories and with my targeting my cardio training and get myself to commit to more strength training (part of my least favorite in the gym for weights and machines are always so crowded) I can continue to reshape my body right – true. Debbie I said that I hoped that our winters are not bad that the snow and bad weather did not prevent me from food delivered for me. That’s really my only concern right now.
